EDIT: I have seen some people struggling with downloading the stuff from the site.
I am not using neocities as a way to upload my files since I don't have premium here. I use seesaa.net, the site which might be blocked in few countries or blocked by few internet providers as I suppose?
If you do strugle with downloading, please use VPN for now or ask someone to download the files for you. I'll make a MEGA mirror-folder in a few days. Really sorry for making it troublesome!
